Job Summary

As an IT Support / PC Technician, you will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance of hardware and software systems within a dynamic engineering environment. Your daily routine involves managing semi-automated and fully automated installation routines to ensure uniform PC setups, as well as providing critical First and Second Level support. You will troubleshoot technical issues remotely and over the phone, and set up essential IT equipment including PCs and mobile devices for employees.
