As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance of hardware and software systems within a leading engineering firm. Your daily responsibilities include managing semi- and fully automated installation routines to ensure uniform PC setups, performing troubleshooting for technical malfunctions, and providing both First and Second Level Support. You will assist employees by setting up IT equipment, including PCs and mobile devices, and resolving issues via phone or remote access.
