Required Skills

Certified Tax Consultant (Steuerberater) qualification is mandatory.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience within a tax consultancy environment
- Successfully passed the German Tax Consultant Exam (Steuerberaterexamen)
- Initial leadership experience or a strong desire to transition into a management role
- Experience in managing client mandates independently and solution-oriented
- Proven track record in organizational development or strategic firm growth
