As a Senior Consultant for Payroll and Social Security at kbht in Neuss, you will serve as a key advisor for diverse clients, ranging from daily payroll inquiries to highly complex international tax and social security matters. Your daily responsibilities include managing international employee assignments, such as secondments and salary-split constellations, and leading projects focused on HR process optimization and tool implementation. You will be responsible for the accurate processing of complex payroll issues while communicating fluently in both German and English. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Extensive experience in a tax consultancy or professional services firm environment
