Job Summary

As a Media and Digital Project Vocational Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in a labor market integration project in Frankfurt am Main. Your daily responsibilities involve guiding long-term unemployed individuals and people with disabilities within a technical and PC workshop environment. You will be responsible for motivating participants, stabilizing their professional outlook, and strengthening their practical skills through hands-on exercises. Key duties include teaching fundamental IT and media literacy, fostering digital competencies, and supporting individual learning processes. This position is ideal for someone passionate about social inclusion and vocational training. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training preferably in IT, Electronics, or Media; additional qualification as an instructor (AEVO) or other vocational pedagogical qualification is desirable.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the field of labor market integration or active labor market promotion (SGB II/III) is desirable
  • Experience in instructing or training participants in technical or digital environments
  • Practical experience working with long-term unemployed individuals or people with disabilities
  • Experience with assessment procedures and documentation systems is preferred

Additional

  • Driver's license (Class B) is ideally required. Foreign language skills are desirable. Position is part-time (19.5 hours/week) and initially fixed-term until June 30, 2027.
