Job Summary
As a (Senior) IT System Administrator and Microsoft Cloud Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital workspaces of medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Germany. Your daily responsibilities will involve the holistic management of hybrid IT infrastructures, spearheading innovative cloud transformation projects using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of consultants and IT managers. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and monitoring of hardware and software, while identifying potential for technical optimization in existing environments. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification in the IT field. Initial Microsoft certifications such as AZ-900 or MS-900 are required.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as a System Administrator, preferably within an IT system house environment
- Proven experience in field service and providing direct personal user support
- Professional experience in managing Microsoft Cloud technologies (Azure, M365)
- Experience in the installation and configuration of complex IT hardware and software systems
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical IT documentation

Additional
- Participation in a rotating on-call standby duty (Rufbereitschaft) is required after an intensive onboarding period. The role involves both office-based work and field service (Außendienst) at client sites.
