As a Channel Partner Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the Electrification & Automation product and licensing business through indirect sales channels. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve identifying and expanding business opportunities through diversified partnerships across various vertical markets. You will define regional channel strategies, manage partner and licensing programs, and oversee market-oriented pricing in coordination with internal departments. A significant part of the role includes analyzing market data, competitors, and customer needs to consult on energy technology products such as substation automation and medium voltage components. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in operational sales within the energy, protection & automation, or medium voltage technology sectors
  • Proven experience in driving sales growth and achieving regional KPI targets
  • Demonstrated understanding of go-to-market strategies through indirect sales channels
