As an IT Help Desk Support Specialist in the Nuremberg region, you will be the first point of contact for technical assistance, providing consultation and maintenance for IT systems via telephone, written correspondence, and remote access. Your daily responsibilities include the intake, classification, and processing of technical issues through a dedicated ticketing system. Beyond standard support, you will play an active role in technical projects such as system migrations and hardware/software rollouts. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Practical knowledge of Windows operating systems and standard application software
