Job Summary

As an IT Systems Administrator in 2nd Level Support, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure for a client in the Roth district. Your daily responsibilities will include analyzing and resolving incidents and service requests that escalate beyond the first level. You will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Windows servers, as well as managing Microsoft environments including Exchange, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. Beyond routine maintenance, you will perform system updates, security patches, and maintain technical documentation. This role is highly collaborative, requiring coordination with 1st and 3rd level support teams and external service providers. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a comparable professional qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in 2nd Level Support with a specific focus on Windows-based systems
  • Practical experience in the administration of Windows clients and server environments
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policies, and PowerShell automation
  • Experience participating in IT projects such as system migrations and infrastructure rollouts
