Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support of IT infrastructure for a major client in the aerospace sector (DLR). Your daily activities will involve the installation, configuration, and rollout of client hardware, alongside performing technical functional tests. You will act as the primary point of contact for user support within Windows environments, managing service requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining asset data and ticket documentation. Beyond client support, you will play a key role in network projects, involving the setup, dismantling, and expansion of network components. This role is ideal for service-oriented professionals who enjoy hands-on technical work and structured problem-solving.
