Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for hardware and software support directly at the client's location. Your daily responsibilities include setting up workstations, performing installations and configurations, and providing user instructions. You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical issues across desktop systems, notebooks, printers, and various peripheral devices. Additionally, you will handle network troubleshooting and support large-scale hardware rollouts. A key part of this role involves diligent documentation and equipment management within ticket and asset management systems. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy hands-on technical problem-solving and direct customer interaction. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronic Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in troubleshooting Windows clients, notebooks, printers, and standard hardware
  • Experience in using ticket systems for incident documentation
  • Practical experience in network activities and technical troubleshooting
  • Proven experience in hardware rollouts and user instruction

  • Valid Class B driver's license is required. Willingness to travel for regional onsite assignments is mandatory.
