Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations across various client locations in the Greater Berlin area. Your day-to-day activities will involve setting up and configuring workstations, providing 1st and 2nd level support, and assisting employees with hardware-related issues. You will be tasked with the installation and maintenance of standard and specialized hardware, including desktops, notebooks, printers, and media technology. Additionally, you will manage IT equipment assets and maintain detailed documentation within a ticketing system. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys field work and direct user interaction. The position offers an attractive salary above the standard tariff, up to 30 days of vacation, and the stability of a permanent contract with one of Germany's leading IT service providers. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronician, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in customer service and user support
  • Practical experience in handling standard IT hardware and peripherals
  • Experience in documenting technical issues within a ticketing system
  • Experience in field service or onsite technical environments
