Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for technical assistance across Munich and Southern Bavaria. Your daily responsibilities include performing maintenance on desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices, while troubleshooting hardware, network, and Windows client issues. You will manage the entire lifecycle of workstation setups—from initial configuration and data backups to decommissioning—and provide essential user training for new systems and mobile devices. All activities must be meticulously documented within standard ticketing systems. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional with a technical background who enjoys a mix of hands-on hardware work and direct user interaction. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in troubleshooting desktops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Practical experience with standard software and operating systems
  • Experience in Active Directory and user permissions management
  • Experience working with IT ticketing systems for documentation and support

German (Fluent)

  • Valid Class B driver's license is required for travel across Munich and Southern Bavaria.
