Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for technical assistance across Munich and Southern Bavaria. Your daily responsibilities include performing maintenance on desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices, while troubleshooting hardware, network, and Windows client issues. You will manage the entire lifecycle of workstation setups—from initial configuration and data backups to decommissioning—and provide essential user training for new systems and mobile devices. All activities must be meticulously documented within standard ticketing systems.
