As an IT Onsite Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for hardware and software issues directly at the customer's location. Your daily responsibilities include setting up and configuring workstations, installing Teams telephony systems, and maintaining various hardware and media equipment. You will play a critical role in asset management, overseeing inventory and storage for client hardware while performing deep-dive analysis to resolve technical malfunctions. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on technical work and direct user interaction. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in hardware support and end-user assistance
  • Proven experience in setting up and configuring desktop, notebook, and peripheral hardware
  • Professional background in technical troubleshooting and onsite customer support
