Job Summary

As a SAFe Agile Coach at Schmitt Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation and continuous improvement of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across the organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring transformation activities, ensuring adherence to SAFe principles, and coaching leadership, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and product managers in Lean-Agile methodologies. You will facilitate workshops, support Lean Portfolio Management, and conduct certification training such as Leading SAFe and SAFe for Teams. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can align business agility programs with organizational strategy.
