Job Summary

This role involves ensuring stable, secure, and compliance-conformant Identity and Access Management within hybrid environments, specifically focusing on Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory. As an IAM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining role and access concepts for both standard and privileged users (PIM/PAM), including full lifecycle processes. You will play a critical role in supporting security incident handling and forensic analyses in collaboration with the Security Operation Center. Beyond operations, you will lead infrastructure and compliance projects to align with regulatory standards such as ISO 27001 and BSI IT-Grundschutz.
