Job Summary
As an Online Services Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of the German healthcare sector. Working within the Process Automation team, you will guide statutory health insurance providers in digitizing their business processes and implementing digital service offerings such as service apps, customer portals, and end-to-end self-service functions. Your daily responsibilities include providing technical support for the 'bitGo_Suite' online service, leading migration projects, and identifying automation potentials. You will act as a bridge between business needs and IT solutions, configuring modules via CMS and conducting client training. This role is ideal for those who enjoy a mix of strategic consulting, project management, and hands-on technical implementation. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or degree in commercial, social insurance, or IT-related fields (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, Social Insurance Specialist, Health Insurance Specialist, or Business Administrator).
Experience
- Professional experience in process and project management, specifically regarding IT-supported process optimization and automation
- Experience in the setup and maintenance of online services or digital offices via CMS (ideally FirstSpirit)
- Experience in the health insurance environment or social security sector is highly preferred
- Experience leading or supporting software implementation and migration projects
- Experience in technical consulting and conducting client training sessions
