This role involves supporting the operational process management within the Office for Central Control, Organization, and Personnel for the Teltow-Fläming district. As a Process Management Specialist, you will be responsible for visualizing complex workflows, identifying dependencies, and collaborating with process owners to develop optimized 'target' processes. You will also ensure effective process controlling and work within project groups to drive organizational efficiency. The role offers a high degree of flexibility with a core-time-free work schedule between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM, the possibility of home office after the probationary period, and the long-term security of a public sector employer. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor in Public Management, Diploma in Public Administration (Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt), Certified Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt), or a comparable relevant degree.
