Job Summary
This role involves driving the digital transformation within the Teltow-Fläming district administration. As a Digital Transformation Administrator, you will be responsible for the coordination, planning, and implementation of digitalization and E-Government projects in close cooperation with various specialized departments. Your day-to-day tasks include participating in inter-municipal working groups, developing and updating IT security concepts for digital processes, and conducting internal training sessions to help staff adopt digital work techniques. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Administrative Informatics and possesses strong analytical skills. This position is particularly attractive due to its high level of security as a public sector role, offering a flexible work-life balance with core-time-free working hours between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM, home office options after the probationary period, and a structured onboarding process within a motivated team environment.

Experience
