Job Summary

As a Specialist Planner for Building Services Engineering (HVAC), you will take independent responsibility for the classic project management cycle, including schedule management and cost controlling. Your day-to-day work involves developing technically sophisticated solutions within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems. You will be responsible for the planning, tendering, and supervision of supply engineering systems in accordance with HOAI (Official Scale of Fees for Services by Architects and Engineers) phases 1 through 9.
