Job Summary

This role involves conducting critical environmental monitoring and microbiological testing within a high-standard pharmaceutical production environment. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for sampling in cleanrooms and testing liquid media such as purified water, Water for Injection (WFI), and pure steam. A significant portion of your day will involve maintaining rigorous documentation, including the creation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Environmental Monitoring Plans (AMPs) to ensure full GMP compliance. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Technical Assistant (BTA/CTA), Biology Laboratory Technician, or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.

Experience

  • Practical professional experience in microbiology or environmental monitoring
  • Professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
  • Experience in creating and maintaining QC documents such as SOPs and monitoring plans
