Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT support and application management for the City of Rosenheim's Information Technology Department. On a day-to-day basis, the successful candidate will install and configure IT workstations, support specific specialized applications for various municipal offices, and contribute to the IT service desk. Responsibilities also include creating technical documentation, assisting with hardware and software procurement, and participating in or leading IT projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Fachhochschule) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, STEM, or a completed vocational training with extensive IT professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support and application management
- Extensive IT professional experience required if no university degree is held
- Experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) is preferred
- Experience in creating and updating technical concepts and documentation
