As a Systems Engineer at WORK Microwave, you will play a pivotal role in the development of complex RF systems for high-stakes defense projects. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable technical field of study.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the development and realization of complex high-frequency (RF) systems
  • Proven experience in the technical management of development and research projects from concept to implementation
  • Experience in qualification processes according to MIL-STD-461/MIL-STD-810 is preferred
  • Experience in moderating technical architecture and design discussions with customers and internal teams
