Join the Petrol, Oil, Lubricants (POL) team at Landesbetrieb Bau und Immobilien Hessen (LBIH) as a Civil Engineer, taking on client-side responsibilities for planning, awarding, and executing construction projects, primarily in civil engineering. This role focuses on the NATO and Bundeswehr military pipeline systems. Day-to-day tasks involve independently managing complex construction projects, providing specialized services across all HOAI service phases, and coordinating external partners for new constructions, renovations, and maintenance. You will ensure compliance with public procurement and contract law, manage timelines and budgets, and be responsible for the acceptance, billing, and handover of services.
