Job Summary

As the Team Leader for Roads within the Infrastructure Construction Supervision department, you will manage a cross-regional team of 8 to 12 employees across various German locations. Your daily responsibilities include disciplinary leadership, coaching, and mentoring staff while ensuring the high-quality delivery of services in alignment with the 'Accelerate a Planet Positive' mobility strategy. You will oversee operational and financial performance, including capacity planning and project tracking, while actively managing client relationships and acquisition. This role is ideal for experienced professionals or those with leadership potential looking to drive digitalization and standardization in road infrastructure. You will work closely with the Global Excellence Center (GEC) and the department head to innovate service offerings. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in civil engineering with extensive knowledge of traffic facility planning (HOAI phases 5-9)
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred, including disciplinary management of teams
  • Professional experience in managing national and international major clients
  • Proven track record in economic project tracking and quality assurance
  • Experience in initiating and implementing digital transformation and automation in project workflows
