As the Team Leader for Road Infrastructure Planning, you will manage a cross-location team of 8 to 12 employees within the Design & Engineering business unit. Your daily responsibilities involve disciplinary leadership, coaching staff, and overseeing the operational and financial performance of projects, including capacity planning and quality assurance. You will act as a key point of contact for clients from initial contact through project completion, ensuring that infrastructure projects align with the 'Accelerate a Planet Positive' mobility strategy. This role is ideal for experienced engineers or those with leadership potential who want to drive digital transformation and process optimization in traffic facility planning. You will work closely with department heads to support project acquisition and foster an innovative, inclusive team culture while leveraging a global network to meet market demands.
