Job Summary

Join j-fiber GmbH, a leading European optical fiber manufacturer, as a Fiber Measurement Room Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining fiber measurement equipment, ensuring the quality of optical glass fibers used in modern data centers. Your daily tasks will include loading fiber spools onto measurement devices, accurately recording test values, performing continuous tests and division orders, and conducting final visual inspections. You will also be expected to report and potentially resolve equipment malfunctions and ensure the cleanliness of measurement tools. The ideal candidate will possess technical understanding, manual dexterity, basic IT skills, and a willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
