Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the seamless operation of a data center for a major regional utility provider. Your day-to-day activities involve monitoring technical processes, managing physical network infrastructure including cabling, and overseeing data center resources such as rack allocation, power supply, and cooling systems. You will also play a critical role in facility security by managing access control, alarm systems, and fire protection technology.
