Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive technical management of medical practices within the Northern Black Forest region. As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of Windows-based server landscapes, client systems, and Active Directory environments specifically tailored for healthcare providers. Your daily activities will include supporting Practice Management Systems (particularly T2med), managing network infrastructure such as firewalls and routers, and executing system migrations or rollouts. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for practice owners and staff, ensuring stable and fail-safe operations both remotely and on-site. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist) or a comparable professional qualification with relevant work experience.
Experience
- Several years of practical experience in the support and administration of IT environments
- Mandatory professional experience specifically providing IT support for medical practices
- Proven experience in Windows client/server environments and network technology
- Professional experience in independent customer service and on-site support
- Experience with Practice Management Systems (AIS/PVS), ideally T2med

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Must already possess a valid German work permit. Residency in or near the Pforzheim/Northern Black Forest region is required for regular on-site service calls.
