Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive technical management of medical practices within the Heilbronn-Franken region. As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day stability of medical IT environments, managing Windows server landscapes, clients, and Active Directory. You will provide remote, in-house, and on-site support, focusing specifically on Practice Management Systems (PMS), particularly T2med. Your daily tasks include administering networks, firewalls, and medical technology peripherals, as well as planning system migrations and rollouts. This is a highly specialized position requiring a professional demeanor when interacting with medical staff and practice owners. The role is unique due to its niche focus on the intersection of healthcare and IT infrastructure, offering a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to work with specialized medical software in a stable, established company environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or comparable professional experience in IT service and system administration.
Experience
- Several years of practical experience in the support and administration of IT environments
- Mandatory professional experience specifically in the IT support of medical practices (Arztpraxen)
- Proven experience in Windows-based system landscapes and network infrastructure
- Experience in independent customer support and technical project management
- Professional experience in supporting Practice Management Systems / Physician Information Systems

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Must already possess a valid work permit for Germany. Residency in or near the Heilbronn-Franken region is required for regular on-site service visits.
