Job Summary
As a Senior Strategic Product Manager within the Single Use and Integrated Systems Business Franchise, you will be responsible for defining and owning the strategy for the Sterile Sampling and Final Fill product portfolio. A major focus of this role involves capitalizing on the evolving GLP-1 market opportunity by developing long-range plans, product positioning, and roadmaps that drive revenue growth and market share. You will act as a central figure in the product lifecycle, leading development from initial concept through to commercialization. This includes conducting financial analysis, market sizing, and pricing strategy formulation. Operating in a global matrix environment, you will collaborate closely with R&D, commercial, and operations teams to translate market trends and customer feedback into innovative solutions. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a background in bioprocessing who enjoys high-visibility roles and presenting to senior management.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (Required); MBA, Master’s, or PhD in a quantitative or scientific field (Preferred)
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a product management and/or strategic marketing role
- Professional experience within the bioprocessing industry
- Proven experience in digital solutions and integrated systems with software
- Experience in single-use manufacturing, specifically sampling and final fill applications
- Demonstrated experience in driving business results within a global matrix organization
- Experience leading product launches from concept through commercialization
