This role involves the comprehensive management and evolution of the IT infrastructure at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in Heidenheim. As an IT Service Center Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of cloud applications (Microsoft 365), network systems (Cisco/Fortinet), and server environments (VMware/Veeam). Beyond technical maintenance, you will lead IT projects, support procurement processes, and provide training and supervision for trainees.
