This role offers an exciting opportunity to join Cast Coil GmbH, an innovative technology start-up in Münster specializing in casting processes for electric drive coils. As an Electrical Machine Builder, you will be at the heart of the research and development department, focusing on the production, testing, and refinement of cast coils for electric motors. Your daily responsibilities include winding and processing rotors and stators, performing electrical testing on motor prototypes, and maintaining production machinery. You will work closely with the development team on individual and small-batch production, contributing directly to process optimization and quality assurance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work within a future-oriented field. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrical Machine Builder, Electronics Technician for Machines and Drive Technology, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in electrical drive technology, specifically with electrical windings
- Practical experience in the maintenance, repair, and operation of machinery
- Experience in independent, precise, and responsible work environments
- Experience in small-batch or prototype production is preferred
