Job Summary
As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will join the Customer Management department to develop and maintain data-driven solutions on a scaling AWS infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of AWS-based products focused on customer preferences, developing end-to-end data pipelines, and implementing complex business logic into data structures. You will work in a collaborative environment alongside Platform Engineers and Data Scientists, bridging the gap between technical infrastructure and business requirements. The role involves establishing rigorous data quality checks, monitoring, and incident handling to ensure high-performance services. This position is particularly attractive due to its modern tech stack—including Python, PySpark, and CI/CD pipelines—and a culture that prioritizes professional development through dedicated 'Innovation Days' and time for refactoring. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or in a comparable role
- Professional experience in building, operating, and maintaining data pipelines
- Proven experience with modern software engineering practices including code reviews and automated testing
- Practical experience with AWS cloud services
- Professional experience in product development and operational management of data products
