This role is for a dedicated Civil Engineering Technician or Master specializing in road construction, joining the City of Herten's Civil Engineering Department. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing traffic infrastructure, including issuing permits under the Road and Path Act, assessing and evaluating traffic areas, and handling defect reports. Key responsibilities also involve local construction supervision for internal and external projects, overseeing minor road maintenance and renovation works from acceptance to billing, and providing expert opinions for administrative offense and litigation procedures.
