This role involves leading the coordination of site clearance activities before, during, and after major construction projects for a leading European transmission system operator. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including property owners, farmers, and local municipalities, ensuring all legal and physical requirements for construction are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include negotiating easements and crossing agreements, reporting progress to project leadership, and collaborating closely with the permitting and construction departments. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in leading project teams is preferred
  • Practical experience in linear or infrastructure construction projects is advantageous
  • Proven experience in negotiating with property owners and public authorities
