As an IT Rollout Technician, you will be responsible for the seamless implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure. Your day-to-day activities involve providing technical support for PCs, notebooks, printers, and network components, as well as performing on-site error analysis and troubleshooting. You will handle the installation, configuration, and optimization of both hardware and software across clients, servers, and networks. A significant part of the role includes managing hardware and software rollouts, handing over devices like smartphones and laptops to end-users, and maintaining meticulous documentation within internal asset management systems.
