As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for essential day-to-day IT support and infrastructure management, including handling IT Service Management (ITSM) tickets, installing machines according to standard specifications, and managing user accounts within Active Directory. Key responsibilities also involve asset management, client device issuance/retrieval, and workstation setup/cabling. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT-specific education, strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365, and proven experience in 1st and 2nd Level Support and ticket processing. - Minimum 1 year experience with ticket processing
- Minimum 3 years project experience in the IT technology field
