Job Summary

As a Business Processes Principal Consultant within SAP’s Customer Value Group, you will act as a strategic AI Customer Adoption Advisor. Your primary mission is to accelerate enterprise AI transformation by guiding customers from initial exploration to scalable adoption on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You will spend your days designing enterprise AI architectures, developing prototypes, and delivering high-impact workshops that translate complex technical capabilities into measurable business value. This role is unique because it combines deep technical execution—such as building RAG patterns and agentic workflows—with high-level executive engagement. You will be at the forefront of SAP’s AI evolution, feeding customer insights directly back into the product roadmap. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who enjoys hands-on engineering with Python and vector databases while simultaneously leading strategic innovation programs for global enterprises.
