This role offers the opportunity to join Akkodis, a global leader in engineering and IT, specifically within their Plant Engineering Competence Center. You will be responsible for the electrical planning and implementation of demanding chemical plant projects, covering everything from initial feasibility studies to final commissioning. Day-to-day activities include designing power supply systems, coordinating interfaces with adjacent disciplines like mechanical and process control engineering, and managing technical procurement processes. You will also play a critical role in supplier negotiations and provide on-site support during assembly and startup phases. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology; alternatively, a qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsman (Meister).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, MSR, or EMSR
  • Professional experience in the planning and design of electrical equipment for chemical plants
  • Experience in technical procurement and contract negotiations with suppliers
  • Experience in cross-functional coordination with plant and machine engineering departments
