The successful candidate will act as a primary point of contact for eLIROM and InforLN execution systems, supporting key users and resolving technical issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing support tickets, conducting software tests, maintaining master data quality, and creating training documentation. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed commercial vocational training; ideally supplemented by specialized further training such as a Business Administrator (Betriebswirt), Technician, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in customer service
  • Professional experience with InforLN and eLIROM systems
  • In-depth knowledge of processes in the BP6 MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) area
  • Experience in creating and maintaining technical training materials
  • Experience in software test execution and documentation
