Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Approximately 6+ years of professional experience in product management
- Professional experience in roles such as Project Lead, Business Owner, or Product Owner
- Extensive experience with agile working methods and self-organized teams
- Proven experience in developing and implementing long-term product strategies
- Deep knowledge of processes within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (from sales to back-office)
- Experience in managing the full product lifecycle from concept to market entry
