Job Summary
As an IT Onsite Support Technician in Hannover, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of client hardware and software within a professional corporate environment. Your daily activities will include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, notebooks, tablets, and mobile scanners. You will act as a primary point of contact for users, providing structured troubleshooting and technical support directly at the customer's location. A significant part of the role involves managing hardware and software rollouts, utilizing central software distribution tools, and ensuring all activities are meticulously documented in the service management system. Required Skills
Education
