Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering; alternatively, a certified Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister) qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical leadership of production teams
- Experience in the manufacturing of optoelectronic systems
- Experience in transitioning products from development to series production
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing documentation
- Experience in process optimization using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is preferred

- Minimum B2 level proficiency required in both German and English. Role involves participation in internal and external audits and conducting employee training.
