Job Summary

This role is based at the Langenau Waterworks within the operational and research laboratory of one of Germany's largest long-distance water suppliers. As a Chemical Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for the analytical testing of drinking, ground, surface, and wastewater. Your day-to-day tasks involve trace substance determination using advanced liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS, LC-MS/MS), as well as effect-based analytics such as thin-layer chromatography with bioassays. Beyond routine testing, you will support research projects, perform plausibility checks on results, and maintain analytical systems.
