As a Time Management Administration Specialist, you will join one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers to manage time-tracking operations for a defined group of employees. Your daily responsibilities include maintaining absence records—specifically illness notifications via the electronic certificate of incapacity for work (eAU) process—and providing expert advice to both employees and managers regarding time management, overtime planning, and special work arrangements such as on-call duties. You will also be responsible for generating statistical evaluations and participating in HR-specific projects.
