This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support within the International Office at the University of Bayreuth, specifically focusing on Welcome and Alumni Services. On a day-to-day basis, the successful candidate will manage guest house room bookings, administer scholarships, and handle data entry and information materials for international researchers and students. You will also play a key role in organizing intercultural projects and events, acting as a primary point of contact for international guests.
