Job Summary
This role involves leading a team of approximately 25 employees at one of Europe's most modern laboratory sites in Leinfelden-Echterdingen. As the Team Lead for Pre-Analytics and Sample Receipt, you will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of staff, ensuring the proper acceptance, registration, and preparation of medical samples in compliance with ISO 15189 standards. Your daily routine will include optimizing workflows, implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and managing quality assurance through KPI analysis. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the human medical field (e.g., Medical Assistant, Medical Laboratory Technician, or Biological Technical Assistant) or a comparable qualification.
