Job Summary

As the Core Team Lead for Product Coordination, you will serve as a pivotal link between the business Distribution System Operators (DSOs) and the technical product streams within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) division. Your daily responsibilities involve end-to-end management of the EAM product backlog, where you will prioritize, structure, and monitor the progress of product requirements in close collaboration with the Chief Product Owner. You will lead a cross-functional team, facilitating strategic process improvements for requirement assessment and implementation while driving standardization and automation. This role is unique for its high level of visibility across the E.ON Energy Networks community and its focus on transforming maintenance and grid construction processes through digital tools like SAP BTP.
