Job Summary

As the Core Team Lead for Product Coordination within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) division, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and prioritization of the product backlog. This role serves as a critical interface between Distribution System Operators (DSOs) and internal product streams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into deliverable technical packages. You will lead a cross-functional team, steering product development processes while driving standardization and scalability. Day-to-day, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Product Owner to plan and moderate cross-product coordination meetings and strategically develop end-to-end processes for requirement evaluation. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys a 'hub' function, combining technical SAP expertise with strategic leadership in the energy sector. Required Skills

Education

University degree in (Industrial) Engineering, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in project management
  • Proven experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Professional experience in SAP PM and SAP BTP for process digitalization
  • Initial leadership experience (either functional or disciplinary)
  • Extensive knowledge of network construction and maintenance processes within the energy sector
